Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Azizi Technologies (“we”, “us”) collects and uses personal data through azizitechnologies.co.uk, in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Who is the data controller?
Azizi Technologies, based in the United Kingdom, is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. For any data question or request, contact hello@azizitechnologies.co.uk.
What data do we collect, and why?
When you submit our contact form, we collect: your name, your business name, your email address, your website address (optional), your phone number, and what you need help with. We use this data for one purpose: to contact you about your enquiry and provide the free audit or services you requested — including a confirmation email to the address you give us. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries you initiate, and — where you go on to become a client — the performance of a contract.
If you email us or send the form, we process the contact details and message content you provide, for the same purpose.
What don’t we do?
We do not sell your data. We do not add you to marketing lists you didn’t ask for. We do not share your data with third parties except the service providers needed to operate this website and respond to you (website hosting, and email delivery for form submissions), each bound by their own data-processing agreements.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies at all. There is no analytics, no advertising and no tracking of any kind, which is why you were never shown a cookie banner. If analytics is added later, this policy and a consent banner will go live at the same time, and nothing will be collected until you agree to it.
How long do we keep your data?
If the email system fails while sending your enquiry, the details are written to our server logs so the enquiry is not lost, and are removed once we have contacted you. This is the only case in which enquiry data is stored anywhere other than our email inbox.
Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, so we can deal with follow-up questions, then deleted. If you become a client, data is kept for the duration of the engagement and for 6 years afterwards, as required for tax and legal records.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it erased (“right to erasure”), to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email hello@azizitechnologies.co.uk — we respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk) if you believe we’ve mishandled your data.
