Google Business Profile Posting Service: Weekly Updates, Written and Published for You

Azizi TechnologiesUpdated

A Google Business Profile posting service writes and publishes the updates, offers and photos that appear on a business profile in Search and Maps. Posts give a searcher something current to read at the moment they are choosing, and a profile that is regularly updated looks like a business that is open and paying attention.

Posting on a Google Business Profile is the task every owner knows they should do and nobody does twice. The first week's post goes up, the second is late, and six months later the profile shows an offer that expired in spring. Meanwhile the competitor two streets away has something current on theirs every week.

This service takes it off the list. We write the posts, choose or request the photos, publish them on a schedule, and keep the seasonal ones current. It runs on its own or as part of monthly profile management.

What we publish

  • Weekly updates: what you have been working on, a job you have finished, a service worth reminding people about.
  • Offers, with genuine start and end dates, and removal when they expire rather than a stale banner in June.
  • Events, where you run them, with the details Google shows in the panel.
  • Photos with each post, from what you send us, captioned so they mean something.
  • Seasonal and weather-driven posts where the trade calls for it, such as heating and drainage in winter or air conditioning in summer.
  • A short monthly note on which posts drew clicks and calls.

What posts do, and what they do not

Posts appear on the profile in Search and Maps and give a searcher something current to read at the moment they are deciding who to ring. They also make the profile look tended, which matters when the alternative on screen is a competitor whose last update was last year.

What they do not do is move map-pack position on their own. Anyone selling posting as a ranking service is overselling it. Posting is a conversion and freshness lever; ranking comes from reviews, relevance, proximity and the wider local SEO work.

Writing that sounds like you

Before the first post we agree a short brief: what you do and do not want mentioned, how you talk about price, what a good week looks like in your trade, and who to ask when we need a photo. Posts are written against that, and you can approve the first month's in advance if you would rather see them before they appear.

Photos, and why they matter more than the words

A post with a real photograph of your work outperforms one with a stock image or none, and it also feeds the profile's photo gallery, which people browse before calling. We ask for a handful of pictures a month from the job, taken on a phone, and handle the rest. Where a business genuinely cannot photograph its work, we use what is available honestly rather than dressing the profile with stock images of somebody else's premises.

How it starts

Send your profile link through the form below. We look at what has been posted before, come back with a short content brief and a fixed monthly quote, and once you approve the brief the posts start that week. It runs month to month, and it slots into profile management if you want the reviews, photos and accuracy handled too.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Straight answers, no small print. If yours isn’t here, ask — you’ll get the same plain English.

Do Google Business Profile posts help rankings?

Not directly, and any service claiming otherwise is overselling. Posts are a freshness and conversion lever: they give a searcher something current at the moment of choosing and make the profile look actively run. Rankings come from reviews, relevance, proximity and the wider local SEO work, which is quoted separately.

How often should a business post on Google?

Weekly is a sensible rhythm for most trades, and consistency matters more than volume. Two posts a week that dry up after a month is worse than one a week that keeps going, because a profile whose latest update is months old signals a business that may not be operating.

How long do Google Business Profile posts stay visible?

Standard updates remain on the profile but move down as newer ones appear, so older posts are seen far less. Offers and events have start and end dates and drop away when they expire. That expiry is why an unattended profile ends up showing nothing current even though it once had plenty.

Do you need photos from me?

A handful a month, taken on a phone at the job or in the premises, is ideal. Real photographs of your own work outperform stock images and also feed the profile gallery that customers browse before calling. Where a business genuinely cannot photograph its work we use what exists honestly rather than staging someone else's premises.

Can I approve posts before they go live?

Yes. Some owners want to see the first month in advance and then leave us to it; others prefer to approve everything. Either arrangement works, and it is agreed when the content brief is set. Approval slows publishing slightly, which matters most for weather-driven or time-limited posts.
