Google Business Profile Reinstatement Service UK

Azizi TechnologiesUpdated

Azizi Technologies reinstates suspended Google Business Profiles for UK businesses: we identify the guideline breach behind the suspension, correct the profile and the listings Google cross-checks, assemble the evidence Google accepts, and submit one precise appeal. You get an honest verdict on whether reinstatement is possible within one working day, then a fixed quote.

A suspended profile takes your business off Google Maps and out of the local results in one stroke. The phone goes quiet, the dashboard may lock, and Google's own help pages tell you to appeal without telling you what to appeal about. Most owners send a hurried request, get it rejected, and are then stuck with a profile that has been refused once.

This is a done-for-you service. We read the suspension notice, find the actual guideline breach, fix it on the profile and on the listings Google cross-checks, build the evidence pack, and submit one appeal. Before any of that, you get a straight answer on whether your profile can be reinstated at all. Some cannot, and we will say so.

What we do when your profile is suspended

Every reinstatement follows the same five steps, in this order. Skipping a step is why most self-submitted appeals fail.

  • Read the notice. The suspension email and the dashboard banner name a reason: quality issues, deceptive content, suspicious activity or a policy violation. Each points to a different set of checks.
  • Audit the profile against Google's guidelines line by line: business name, address or service-area setup, categories, hours, website, phone, ownership and access history, and whether a duplicate listing exists.
  • Fix the breach on the profile and everywhere Google checks it: your website, Companies House, and the directories that carry your name, address and phone.
  • Assemble the evidence Google accepts for a UK business: Companies House record, a utility bill or lease at the address, signage or van photos, and screenshots showing matching details across the web.
  • Submit one appeal through Google's appeals tool with the evidence attached inside the time window, then monitor the case and respond if Google asks for more.

The three kinds of suspension, and which can be reinstated

A soft suspension hides the profile from the public but leaves you able to sign in and edit. These are usually caused by a specific field, most often the name or address, and are the most recoverable once the field is corrected.

A hard suspension locks the dashboard as well. Google has judged the listing itself to be ineligible or deceptive. These are recoverable when the business is genuine and the breach can be corrected and evidenced, and they take longer.

An account-level flag is different: Google has lost trust in the Google account that manages the profile, often after a run of suspicious edits, shared logins or a previous agency's behaviour. Appealing the profile alone will not work. This is the case owners rarely diagnose themselves, and it is the first thing we rule in or out.

Some profiles cannot be reinstated: a virtual office or PO box presented as a shop, a listing for a business that never traded at the address, or a second profile created to dodge an earlier suspension. If yours is one of these, we tell you on day one and do not take the job.

Common suspension reasons we fix

  • Keywords added to the business name, so it no longer matches the registered or signed name.
  • A service-area business showing a home address, or a shop hiding an address it should display.
  • A virtual office, co-working space or accountant's address used as the business location.
  • A duplicate profile for the same location, including one an old agency or a former employee created.
  • An address change, rebrand or category change made in one burst, which Google reads as a takeover.
  • Hours, phone numbers or website links that do not match what is on your website and directories.
  • Logins from many devices and locations in a short period, typical after switching marketing companies.

What we need from you

The suspension email or a screenshot of the dashboard notice, a link to the profile, the exact registered business name, and proof of the trading address such as a utility bill, lease or a photo of signage. If someone else set up or managed the profile, we also need to know who has had access.

We do not need your Google password. Google's manager access lets us work on the profile with your permission, and you can remove that access at any point.

Why we do not promise a success rate

Other providers advertise success rates. We do not publish one because the number would depend entirely on which cases a provider chooses to accept, and because a suspended owner deserves a specific answer about their profile, not an average. What we promise is a verdict within one working day, a fixed quote before any work starts, one properly evidenced appeal rather than repeated blind ones, and no tricks such as creating a replacement listing.

If the honest answer is that your profile is not recoverable, you get that answer free, along with what to do instead.

After reinstatement: keeping it

A reinstated profile is on a shorter leash. The same edit that would pass on a clean profile can re-trigger a suspension on one that has already been flagged. We hand over a short list of what to change slowly and what not to touch, and we can keep managing the profile month to month if you would rather not think about it again.

If your profile is suspended and your appeal has already been rejected, start with the appeal-denied guide linked below. If you run a service-area trade such as electrical work, the electrician guide covers the triggers specific to vans and home addresses.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Straight answers, no small print. If yours isn’t here, ask — you’ll get the same plain English.

How much does Google Business Profile reinstatement cost?

We quote a fixed fee after the one-working-day check, because the work ranges from correcting a single field to unpicking duplicates and account-level flags. You see the price before anything is submitted. If the profile cannot be reinstated, the check costs nothing and you are told why.

How long does reinstatement take?

Google does not publish a fixed timeline. Soft suspensions with a clear fix tend to resolve in days; hard suspensions and account flags can take weeks, especially if Google asks for more evidence. A well-prepared single appeal is consistently faster than a series of rushed ones, which is why we never submit blind.

Can every suspended profile be reinstated?

No. Profiles for businesses that do not genuinely trade at the address, listings built on virtual offices presented as shops, and duplicates created to dodge an earlier suspension are usually refused permanently. Genuine businesses with a correctable breach are usually reinstated. We tell you which group you are in before you pay.

Will I keep my reviews after reinstatement?

Usually, yes. Reinstatement restores the same profile, including its reviews, photos and Q&A. Reviews are lost when an owner creates a new profile instead of appealing, because the new listing starts from zero and the old one is often removed. That is one reason we never recommend a replacement profile.

What if my appeal has already been rejected?

A rejection is not final. Google allows a further appeal, but a second copy of the first request is refused almost every time. We read the rejection reason, find what was left unfixed, correct it, and submit a new appeal with evidence. The appeal-denied guide on this site walks through the same process.

Do you need access to my Google account?

Not your password. You add us as a manager on the Business Profile, which lets us make the corrections and file the appeal under your ownership. You can remove that access the moment the work is finished. We never create a separate profile or move ownership away from you.
